Best customer experience i ever have! I bought a 2004 Land Rover on May and include the extended warranty, 5 weeks later water pump broke and the engine over heat. Took vehicle to dealer a I bought a 2004 Land Rover on May and include the extended warranty, 5 weeks later water pump broke and the engine over heat. Took vehicle to dealer and they call me 2 days later and told me that I need a new engine but it was too expensive to fixed. The owner Dan call me and told me that the warranty will give me another vehicle of the same value and I will keep paying for my old one. Went to dealer and pick a 2008 Ford Expedition he told me ok put the temporary license plate and I was on my way. You can’t have a better customer service better than that from my sales man Frankie and the owner Dan. Thanks guys! More
