My son bought a used vehicle from them without a warranty. 1 week later the car had problems, instead of telling us to bad, they not only towed the vehicle to their mechanic in Castle Rock for no charge, they traded out the vehicle for an even better vehicle and redid the whole deal with my son! The owner Dan stated he would make it right and he did! My son needed a reliable car for himself and his daughter and now he has one! Shawn the Sales guy was amazing, honest and made sure my son was satisfied with his car. He researched other vehicles on the lot before my son even came back to help him get the right one. We have purchased from them prior to this but never expected them to be as honest and reliable as this. The owner prides himself on doing right by his customers and making a good name for himself and in our book he has. We would recommend Berkenkotter to anyone looking for a good reliable used car with honest sales people and staff!! More

I purchased a 20096 Sat Help!!! After an accident Mar 16 that wasn't covered by insurance, I had to buy a vehicle that was inexpensive but reliable. I purchased a 20096 Saturn Aura at Berkenkotter-Parker 03.29.2023 which seemed like it would be a good fit for me. Unfortunately, within the next couple of days I had what I thought was a transmission problem... I called and spoke to my salesman Martin L. and he said I'd have to speak with the owner Dan - To my pleasant surprise, I told Dan what happened, and he said to bring it in to the main store in Castle Rock so his mechanics could take a few days to look it over, and in the meantime, let me use another vehicle. 1-day later, Chris from the shop called to let me know that the gears sliding mechanism was slipping but that the transmission itself was fine (whew). They also did an oil change and took care of a couple more less serious issues with the vehicle. When I got the car back and it seems to be fine now. Dan, I am so grateful to you for not even hesitating to help me with a car I purchased "As Is" and taking care of it so I can have a safe vehicle to drive. Great experience, I purchased a used vehicle for my son and the process start to finish was very easy! I was able to search online, find inventory, text with the sales team regarding stock, they confirmed and the process start to finish was very easy!
