Worst service ever. Bought a car and had it 26 days and an issue came up with the 4wheel drive. They have had it for 27 days and have not touched it. Don't wast your time there it's not worth the hassel. 11/4/24 - Chris called and said they spoke with Adam and planned to have it done Friday. ( what happened to early this week )sounds like a stall tactic but we will see. If not it looks like S.C. consumer affairs and legal action are next steps. This is insane. Friday will be 30 day for a car I drove for 26 day. Once you sign they get payed they are done with you. More
Chris service advisor is very helpful and went out of his way to ensure my 16 year old daughters car was serviced correctly. Parts from ford came in and 1 of them was wrong due 2 boxed error from the factor way to ensure my 16 year old daughters car was serviced correctly. Mike the service tech caught the error when the correct part arrived double checked the car and ensured everything was safe with no issues after he test driven it. Chris even went out of his way and personally drove the car to my house on his break while I was out of town to make sure my daughter has her car. He is what customer service is all about. Thank you very much Chris, Mike and Berkeley Ford for all your help. More

Two years ago I decided to buy my first ever new car. From day two it has been nothing but problems with Berkeley ford and the service department. Been back twice since then for other problems but honestly would rather deal with the problems than deal with their service dept. Five weeks ago I finally called to make an appointment to get stuff repaired and some recalls done. They were booked and my appointment was scheduled for August 2, 2022 at 7:45 am. I dropped it off the day before as I have a full time job. It sat for two days and was never touched at all! What’s the sense in having an appointment?! I confronted the new service manager but he has an I don’t give a crap attitude worse than the last one. Brown smith the service advisor was great. He was honest with me about what was and wasn’t happening but he was the only one who was the least bit honest and who actually cared for his customer. If you read the reviews on google and Facebook for Berkeley Ford they only respond to the five star reviews. What sense does that make!? They should want to try and make all of their customers happy but obviously that’s not how they operate. More
my car has been in service for over two moths. Didnt get a offer for loaner car or anything. they are very hard to contact you have to pull up there to talk. Very disappointed in the service wish i picked another dealer to service my vehicle More

Very Expensive Service and Poor Quality Control, I should have known better, but wanted to try them again. First problem is they do not have spaces for service customers to park because they have t I should have known better, but wanted to try them again. First problem is they do not have spaces for service customers to park because they have too many new vehicles crowded in their small area- you park in front of a row of cars and block them in. When I went on 30 Jan 19, they had to order the part requiring me to come back next day for a 30-45 min install of the part, but, I needed to pay for the part first on work they had not done. The next day the "45 min install" time took 2 1/2 hours, and when I got the truck back the right tail light signal did not work. I brought it back and they had mistakenly pulled out the cable to the tail light. Berkeley Ford Service fixed this and gave me the truck back. I started the tuck to leave and found the fuse cover and fuze box with a pliers on the front passenger floor mat, where they failed to reinstall it. I brought it back again to get these covers installed. I talked to service manager who said he was sorry. This is my second problem with Berkeley Ford Service. Recommend you Go to a different Ford dealership, and get better value and better service More
No way to run a buisness I run a business that requires the vehicle to be in the road daily. The service department understood this. They needed to order pats for a required recall so they scheduled me for this past Thursday and told me they would need about three days to do the work on the recall and an issue with the Pinion. Today, Tuesday I call to get the status of the vehicle. They tell me it just got in the shop and they need to order the parts for the recall. Don't use them they are very poorly run. I can understand that people make mistakes but they could have called Thursday and told me, so I could get the vehicle on the road until they had the parts. I am still trying to get with the General Manager but he seams to be always out of the office. More
Poor customer relations from the G/M and service manager They failed to file a rebate for tires purchased and failed to make it good. G/M and S/M was unhelpful.
