Before I even booked the appointment at the dealership I called and asked if they accepted the Volkswagen Credit Card and the service advisor said they personally didn’t know how to run the card thru but th called and asked if they accepted the Volkswagen Credit Card and the service advisor said they personally didn’t know how to run the card thru but they could have a manger present to run it thru no problem. My car is now in service and getting worked on and I have to pay online only because they dont have a swipe card reader only a insert or tap and I explain to them that the card does not have a chip so none of those options would work for me. They tell me to pay online and I try to but the vw card does not have a expiration date on the actual card so I call the company that the card is issued from and they’re telling me that these cards don't expire hence why they don’t have an expiration date. They are telling me that the dealership should have the right equipment to run this card regardless and if they don't they need to obtain one for future customers. So now I’m stuck having to use another form of payment which I didn’t want to do due to other financial commitments I have after I was told prior to ever booking an appointment I could for certain use my vw service card at this dealership. Now that to me falls entirely on the dealership not the employees as they have no control on what equipment the company buys and does not!! More

This was a great experience! I have never bought a new car before or went through the process all by myself in my life, so I was very worried and anxious…BUT! I was the luckiest I have never bought a new car before or went through the process all by myself in my life, so I was very worried and anxious…BUT! I was the luckiest ever to have Dave as my salesperson. He was fast and thorough, he didn’t make me scared or intimidated, it was like my friend was helping me! He took the time and explained everything so well and showed me all the fun quirks and features in my new car! There was absolutely no pressure to buy! Thank you Dave and thank you Bergstrom! More
I was emailing with dealer for a few days when the sales rep tells me the car I'm interested in has just gone up $4000+ with no explanation. That's never happened before. I figure just another easy to get rep tells me the car I'm interested in has just gone up $4000+ with no explanation. That's never happened before. I figure just another easy to get more money from shoppers during this COVID period. So I didn't go. I don't need a car right now. More
