Salesperson Kevin is the only reason they got a second star. Terrible experience trying to reach anyone there, and don't stand behind the vehicles they sell. Bought a brand new 2015 accord. Salesperson was excitement to work with. 6 years and 66k miles later, service department can't seem to be reached for days, they don't stand by their cars. It's a known issue for Honda, but Bergstrom and Honda won't do anything about the connecting rod failure. Currently have a well maintained paperweight. I'll skip Honda and Bergstrom next time More

What terrible service. Wife went to buy a vehicle. Price didn’t match what she was sent in email. 5 sets of paperwork and still not right. After 2 hours left without buying a vehicle. Bought 2 vehicles from didn’t match what she was sent in email. 5 sets of paperwork and still not right. After 2 hours left without buying a vehicle.
