I purchased a preowned vehicle which needed a detail even though it was on the lot for sale. Was told it would be redone when I bring it back in. Hour and a half after leaving engine light came on. It went b though it was on the lot for sale. Was told it would be redone when I bring it back in. Hour and a half after leaving engine light came on. It went back to the dealer for service and the detail. Was told they replaced the catalytic converter. Got the car back, part was never changed and the detail was never done. I have pictures. I contacted the salesman again and received no work back... very unhappy, dont trust the bergstrom group, they lie, and have lost all trust More
These reviews are obviously from the staff. I highly They deserve a -5 and beware of this place. I can't speak for sales since I didn't buy a car, but there service is the most dishonest place I've ever They deserve a -5 and beware of this place. I can't speak for sales since I didn't buy a car, but there service is the most dishonest place I've ever seen and I write for a chevy magazine and have been a Chevy guy all my life until this place. Long story short I took my rare Chevrolet Camaro (#250 of 1000 made) bought to dedicate it to my mom who was brutally murdered. I took it in to just see what a tick in the was. The car ran fine but started hard. After over a month of getting no where they started talking about replacing the motor. I explained that wasn't needed. First the matching number motor wouldn't be coming out ever. Second, the motor was going to a engine specialist so he'd fix it when he got it (One of thr best in the country), and third it was a hand made motor amd mo way they crate those. I said the only way I'd consider it is of I got the old block so I still had the block with matching numbers. they said they would get back to me and then assured me I could have it back since there was no core charge. I asked him to double-check on that because the only way I would do this is if I got the old motor block. they called back and assured me so I said let's go ahead. They had the car for another 3 weeks, and when I picked it up they said they didn't know anything about the core yet but they would get back to me. after weeks they never return to call and I slowly had to start calling people like Chevy and after Chevy calling an attorney. they lowered the value of my rare car and they distorted a car that was made to be special and a remind me of how special my mother was and they destroyed that feeling from that car. The entire time I talked to them they didn't seem to understand any of this and had zero remorse for taking the motor out and replacing it with a new one. this is simply because they know nothing about cars and car culture. I turned it down a $40,000 motor and for my car to be used in a special car show because I did not want the motor changed or the numbers to not match any car person knows you don't replace a motor on a rare car, you rebuild it. the Chevy dealership told me they could not rebuild an LS7 Chevy motor even though it's one of the most commonly rebuilt motors in the country. this all being said I've tried to come up and offered a couple easy ways to fix this they have not returned or even cared to talk to me to fix this issue. so I guess it will be going to court but don't ever bring a car that means anything to you to this place. They will destroy your entire feelings about a car you bought special for somebody that was taken from you. That is the dirtiest business deal I think I've ever seen or heard of. More

Told that tire bead had to be reset on wheel, while the tire was not losing air. Charged $31+ for that, btw tires also had been purchased at dealership. Few days later sensor went out on specific tire I had brought in. Notified when call center reached me about my service. As I was traveling said I would being by. Did and they took the car and brought back saying sensor was actually bad and would cost 130-150 to repair, but would have to make appt to bring back. Very friendly and did say that they would look at what already paid. Was heading out of town day after when pressure indicator showed abnormally high reading, but on different wheel, so must have moved. I stopped into a aftermarket tire service to have air checked, and air was fine, sensor was not. They replaced on the spot for $50. I did what anyone one with common sense would do, and had it taken care of on the spot. While staff at dealership was friendly, the excessive pricing, of this and a previous repair of a problematic wheel bearing were excessive. Let alone a mis diagnosis that cost me an additional $31+. While I have been a loyal dealership service customer for many years for all maintenance and repair, and the staff is friendly, I question the competence and the large gap in cost. I will now shop the aftermarket for repair costs going forward, as the value of going to the dealership is greatly diminished. More

We have have numerous issues with the used vehicle 2010 GMC Acadia. With each new problem, we regret more and more that we ever bought from them. Just please take this review seriously. I have waited many months to write a review as to make sure I'm not writing the review out of anger. Do not buy from them. More
Recall Flub then Phantom Exhaust Leak I scheduled an appointment for my 2002 Chevy Monte Carlo SS to have replaced the valve cover gasket per a GM recall of its venerable 3800 engine. The I scheduled an appointment for my 2002 Chevy Monte Carlo SS to have replaced the valve cover gasket per a GM recall of its venerable 3800 engine. The part got ordered, but I got no notification of its arrival. The scheduling for the appointment got botched from the very outset. Ultimately, the repair itself was done promptly once I finally got my car scheduled; however, the "courtesy" check listed that I needed to replace my EGR pipe in order to fix an exhaust leak. I then scheduled an appointment with my trusted, independent mechanic whose crew looked at the EGR valve and pipe, and they found no exhaust leak whatsoever. I remain annoyed that Bergstrom would try to find a way to make money from a recall repair that generated no revenue by suggesting I fix something that was not broken at all. I also concur that the service department is incompetent at best or dishonest at worst, so I cannot recommend them. More
