I can't say enough great things about my car buying experience here. The salesperson I worked with was Charlie, and he was so helpful and patient. Originally would rate this higher, but no help has been given in roughly 5-6 months of trying. My wife purchased a van from a salesman (wont say names) at this location in late october 2022. In late March given in roughly 5-6 months of trying. My wife purchased a van from a salesman (wont say names) at this location in late october 2022. In late March we noticed paint bubbling and flaking on bottoms of both doors. We called and mentioned this to salesman in april, knowing we shouldve inspected closer, but a large dealership like this that does multi point inspections should have caught this before it was on the lot. This is the reason we spend a little extra at the notable dealerships, for piece of mind. That is not the issue with the 1 star. the issue is we have talked to salesman, general manager, customer service, and service dept manager about this issue and how we can go about fixing it. Each and every time they say same old "ill look into it and call you back" and i never get call back. Ive left website inquiries, voicemails, and all go on deaf ears. 1 person says its not our fault and we will get it fixed free, next says its under warranty, next says theres a recall, next says they cant do anything, then i dont hear back for weeks. After that, i leave multiple messages and same run around. It is now September and still no call back and no answers as to how it should be taken care of. Truely disappointed in the customer service. This passed week i have left messages for 3 different people at this location and none have contacted back. The longer this waits the worse the flaking will get. If you purchase from this location, beware of the inspection they do and how well they actually inspect before selling the vehicle, because if there is an issue youll never get any help in finding out ways to fix this. At this point, i will try one more time to get this resolved. From there i guess ill have to fix the issue on my own at another dealership that cares about customers and ill file a dealership complaint with the DOT. Beware of this location! More

I put down money to hold the vehicle. They sold it out from under me. Wish sales didn’t go to the rich. I’m just a regular person, but was passed over. If I could give zero stars I would. I bought a 2018 GMC Yukon XL. Less than 5 months of owning it the transmission completely went out. We called them and they said to have it towed I bought a 2018 GMC Yukon XL. Less than 5 months of owning it the transmission completely went out. We called them and they said to have it towed to them and if it is apart of the Class Action lawsuit that is currently going on with GM they will replace it. We paid $275 to have it towed there they looked at it for 2 seconds said they would NOT do anything for us. We paid another $275 to have it towed back. When they tow company arrive Bergstrom refused to release it unless we pay them $200. Yes - we purchased a used vehicle. In no way shape or form should the transmission go out in under 5 months. We called around to several transmission shops who told us they replace at least 1 per week in our model vehicle. You would think when you buy a $44,000 vehicle you would get some sort of customer service. Absolutely not. I will never go back and do not recommend purchasing any vehicle through them. More
