Bergstrom should be embarrassed by how terrible their current BMW staff is operating. I had to get BMW involved to correct the situation. Save yourself and take the short drive to Milwaukee if you want a new BMW. More
Disappointed brought my BMW in twice technician only guessed at problem first time spent $1600 for ecu, mailed to me,I paid another $200 to have it towed in then another $600 to have that programed. Sti guessed at problem first time spent $1600 for ecu, mailed to me,I paid another $200 to have it towed in then another $600 to have that programed. Still didn't run correctly so I relayed another engine diagnosis relating to 2nd air injection error (ignored) so another $1600 for technicians best guess. Hasitation Problem persists now they'll need another $500. To actually diagnose problem, then god knows how much that will cost. Anyone know a good BMW mechanic? It's nice I received a loaner spending over $3000.00 for nothing but really guys how about computer analysis from the start ( 2nd air injection module maybe) throw it on a engine analyzer it may help you to stop guessing all the time So I'm looking for a good mechanic in NE WIsconsin More

Worst customer care ever ! I believe consumers should know the stress that I had to go threw since I bought my Mercedes-benz gla 45 approximately 7 months ago. I've taken the vehicle in multiple times for misc. issues and they never could fix my vehicle . Till this day the vehicle still has on going issues with multiple codes showing up. The service manager was the worst to deal with always blaming me for causing the issues. He went as far as lying to Mercedes and having my warranty revoked. I wish I could attach the multiple repair orders from this dealer to show the proof. I took my vehicle to another Mercedes dealer and they found the problem to be from a situation they created and they don't own up to the problem. GREAT customer service.....Please proceed with caution if you choose to buy from this dealer... More

So, I finally ordered my 2013 X3 xDrive 28i yesterday. Yayyy!! Delivery in 3-4 weeks Vermillion Red - Nevada Oyster Leather - Fineline Wave Wood trim - Aluminum Roof Rails Premium Pkg - Tech. Pkg - C Yayyy!! Delivery in 3-4 weeks Vermillion Red - Nevada Oyster Leather - Fineline Wave Wood trim - Aluminum Roof Rails Premium Pkg - Tech. Pkg - Convenience Pkg - Cold Weather I Pkg Bill Scaff & Ron Hayes - You guys Rock!!! Bill was the first person who greeted us when we were test driving the vehicles on our list. Before Test Drive, Bill took the time explaining all featurs in and out and let us take the vehicle out for a spin. After test driving 2012 X3 2.8, he suggested that we might be better off waiting a few months as 2013 X3 2.8 is in Production. and will hit the store sin Apr/2012. Nice! After test driving the competition (RX350, Q5 & Murrano) we were convinced that the new Bimmer is our style. However, I still wanted to test drive the new Engine (fortunately the 3-, 5- series have the new N20 engine) and Bill was happily able to accommodate us in for a test drive. I comparison shopped before asking Bill for the Selling Price & I got about 6% off MSRP after getting quotes from various dealerships. Bill & Ron Hayes (We met Ron for Pricing appointment as Bill was out that evening) were able to match the best Offer & included the Doc. fee in it as well. They were most courteous, accommodating, very spontaneous and transparent. They didn't even push me for Financing from BMW or Bergstrom. Even so, they suggested some CUs which had lower Rates than their Dealership. Extremely Professional & knowledgeable. All the other staff as extremely nice & courteous as well. Anyone looking to buy a BMW/MERCS vehicle in WI region - I would definitely recommend Bill & Ron @Bergstrom, Appleton. It's been an excellent experience so far & I'm looking forward to a great relationship with my new friends. Eagerly awaiting our first baby & The Ultimate Driving Machine! More
