Titus went above and beyond during that process and has continued to offer support. I live in Washington state and flew to Appleton to purchase and take delivery of the vehicle, not an anticipated repeat customer. Titus made it all come together. Young and energetic, Titus is committed to customer satisfaction. A small issue lingered after delivery. Titus did not give up or make excuses!
