The technicians have been accurate in the description of the issues and competent with the repairs. I highly recommend the technicians in the GMC service area. Although the Ford service area has always been accommodating, I go to the GMC service area. The technicians are wonderful. More

Service on F 150 Called a week and a half in advance to get an appointment. When I got there I was told they did not have me in the system. Then they sent me from the Called a week and a half in advance to get an appointment. When I got there I was told they did not have me in the system. Then they sent me from the Ford dealer to the GM dealer. When I got there I was told to go back to Ford. Very confusing. They would work me in. They got to the service pretty quickly though. I had a coupon for $39.95 for the service but when I came to pay the bill was $56. What the xxxx goes on here. I don’t know that I’ll be back. More
