When I needed help to reach a price that I could live Sam was able to help negotiate a better trade in value on my vehicles which is what sealed the deal. Took all day to get everything done which was mostly my fault as I had scheduled other appointments that day and had to leave and come back twice. No one was pushy and no one tried to force anything on me that I wasn't expecting. I received excellent service even after the purchase was completed to resolve vehicle issues discovered after I left. Will be back for future vehicle needs. More

Transmission service They fixed the issue that I had. If I had a complaint, it would be lack of communication from Berglund letting me know the progress of the repair. Overall, I am happy with the service and quality of work I have gotten from Berglund over the years. The Berglund phone system needs work. Sometimes the phone is never answered. The wait music or whatever you want to call, a boring after a few minutes. More
