Great Deals at Berglund Mazda I went to Berglund Mazda on a rainy Thursday.My salesperson Sam Edmunds met me at the door with the keys to a Mazda CX-5.My wife and I took it for a t I went to Berglund Mazda on a rainy Thursday.My salesperson Sam Edmunds met me at the door with the keys to a Mazda CX-5.My wife and I took it for a test drive and she wanted to look at some other cars.So Sam in the rain hunted down down a Ford Edge,then a Ford Escape which we were allowed to drive home.She really liked the Escape but I thought the interior was lacking.Well guess what, we settled on the Mazda CX-5.It is a great car! Stylish on the interior and exterior,great pickup and best of all a reasonable price.I traded in a Mazda CX-9,got what I wanted for it and zero per cent financing.Everyone I encountered were helpful,professional and non pushy.I have nothing but good things to say about this dealership.This is my second Mazda from Berglund,I have no reason to go elsewhere.For you Toyota people,I test drove a Rav 4 and in my humble opinion the Mazda CX -5 is a better buy and more fun to drive.ZOOM,ZOOM. More

Complimentary Check I went to Berglund Mazda to receive a complimentary check on my car, Specifically to see if it was safe to drive a long distance, being that I've ne I went to Berglund Mazda to receive a complimentary check on my car, Specifically to see if it was safe to drive a long distance, being that I've never driven it longer than 1 hour straight. Prior to me getting the check, I got gas. While getting gas, I was looking at my tires to make sure everything was all set. All of my tires had a good tread on them. After the check, the inspector told me the issue with my car on the lift. He brought it down and I noticed my right rear tire was BALD. Mind you, I just checked the tread on them before receiving the check. I told them my tire wasn't bald before I took it there, but refrained from making any accusations. Once I got home I looked further at my tires and noticed the Right Rear tire was a different brand than the other 3. I recently got my tires changed back in November. I called the tire shop where I got them changed and asked if they used the same brand on the tires with the size of my tires and they stated yes they usually use Sailun which is the brand of all of my tires EXCEPT the Right Rear. I asked the tire shop if they used Douglas tires and they stated they do not, that tire is owned by Walmart and they don't get any of those in. I've never gotten my tires changed at Walmart. Again, I'm not trying to make any accusations. Johnny Mason was really nice but, this is an odd coincidence and I believe that I did not leave with the same tire I came in with. More
