Attempting to charge diagnostic fees of $180 per issue for a vehicle under warranty. Attempting to charge for an oil filter($135); for an issue covered under warranty; despite the fact the FCA warranty for a vehicle under warranty. Attempting to charge for an oil filter($135); for an issue covered under warranty; despite the fact the FCA warranty manual states filters are covered if part of a covered repair. Page 11 Sect. 3.3 2021 Diesel JL Warranty packet. The vehicle has not been repaired yet and I will update as I have more info but so far I'm far from impressed.
