Also his knowledge of vehicles was pretty terrible and the way he talked to people was just as bad. Tried to have a conversation with the used car manager about a few things but i would’ve been better off talking to the wall. He didn’t seem to be interested in anything i was trying to discuss. The main sales manager was great in giving me what i wanted for my trades and the price on the truck. However he did shout from his office like a child when i was discussing payment options with another employee telling me if i wasn’t happy i could go elsewhere. They suck More

Do not trust burglund Franklin road I had to trade in a car that I bought from burglund a few days after buying it because the car was damaged and they told me more less it was as is.(th I had to trade in a car that I bought from burglund a few days after buying it because the car was damaged and they told me more less it was as is.(this was a 2018 jeep). I lost money on a jeep that I hadn't owned for a week. I have bought 3 new vehicles from them in the past nine months counting this one,but test assure it was my last. There are plenty of places to purchase new cars dont put your trust in burglund on Franklin road you would be surprised how shady they are.bottom line as Jason told me, they have to make money , and the car I bought was close to perfect.
