bad service on repair, remove something did not let u know My car has a battery drain problem 2 month ago. Based on my door handle sensor did not work, i think its the problem that drain my battery. I went to dealer to ask them is that the problem drain my battery. After they checked, they said yes. I throw 2000 dollars to fix it. Next day, battery still low and continued drain the battery. I went there again. they said they need fully check. Then they told me that the amplifier was broken but it is working. So i told them to change it. Now, they changed the amplifier and return my car said no more drains. The problem is my navigation is not installed. they remove my module because they put new amplifier there is no sound for audio. So they remove my module and told me that my navigation module is broken. I don't know why my amplifier broken while my navigation is good. Now amplifier is good but bad navigation module. They give me a quote for change module for 1600 dollars. I have already spent 1600 dollars on amplifier. They treat me like a fool. in 2 month, i spent 5000 bucks, they made even worse. If i have other dealer could choose around here i would not go there anymore. More
Service Manager is a lier and a crook I took my vehicle in for warranty repair work. I waited for it to be serviced. Horrible, no other way to describe it. Quality of work is so so at best. They did an oil change and I couldn't remove the oil filter afterwards. Had some recall work done, they lefty out some screws when putting things back. No longer have any trust. Went to another Audi dealer, much better. More
Having purchased dozens of new cars from this dealer over the past 15 years one would expect a dealer to stand behind their customer if a problem should arise. If that would be your expectation steer far aw the past 15 years one would expect a dealer to stand behind their customer if a problem should arise. If that would be your expectation steer far away from these folks. The careless and ignorant attitude of the dealership owner infects virtually all levels of staff at this dealership. Their service techs lack the proper training to service the caliber of vehicles they sell and being severely understaffed exacerbates this issue leaving many customers frustrated with un-repaired vehicles. They only survive due to the lack of competition in the Northeast market. Do yourself a favor -- take the time time to drive and hour or and hour and a half south and experience what dealing with a real car dealership is all about -- it's definitely worth the drive! More
