Mistake made;told by manager it too much trouble to fix I called the next business day after discovering a mistake had been made (uni-direction tires were installed backwards). The issue was relatively mino I called the next business day after discovering a mistake had been made (uni-direction tires were installed backwards). The issue was relatively minor and I was able to find help from a neighbor to jack up vehicle over weekend to correct mistake. Since I had to do the work of fixing their mistake, I called to request a refund. Simple, right? Manager complained it was too much of a hassle for him to process a credit card refund, so he instead only offered a credit of my next service (not due for 6 months). In short, despite me being inconvenienced surely more than he would have been, he resisted making it right because it might require a little keyboard effort on his part. Not wanting to argue back and forth on phone, I accepted the future credit --- but I will likely just look for a new dealership and service center. How can I trust they will do what's right in the future if I have another issue -- esp. if it presents another minor inconvenience on their part? My vehicle is less than 1 year old and I have one more in our household to replace soon. This is a poor way to treat or retain customers in a highly competitive market. One bright spot -- the young guy who was attempting to cover the service desk AND drive the shuttle was a class-act. More
Recall and Check 2 requested vehicle concerns. Recall service was performed. Vehicle concerns were addressed, hopefully, to future satisfaction as I had same issues 6 months ago. Service and valet Had valet service, Tom came down to pick up my car and left a loaner. I was getting Auto Butler, oil change,tire rotation,and inspection. I asked To Had valet service, Tom came down to pick up my car and left a loaner. I was getting Auto Butler, oil change,tire rotation,and inspection. I asked Tom if he would bring me a brochure on the Q5 when he brought my car back. A another nice gentleman brought the car back, but Tom called me and said they didn’t have the brochure and I would have to go online. ( thought that was very nice of Tom to call). My car was nice and clean when it was delivered, WVM always do a wonderful job. Your valet drivers and very friendly and courteous, they do a great job. More
Great service, very friendly associates. Made an appointment early in week and was able to get in for the same week. Went in for a 15,000 mile checkup. Oil change, brake inspection, tire rotation and topped off all fluids. Took about an hour which wasn’t bad. Will go back to them. Best part was when they come around with warm chocolate chip cookies. Slow collision repair service 2 stars since it's 5 weeks now for a collision repair job they told me was scheduled to take 2 weeks. Very disappointing since I purchased the car new at this dealership and thought the repairs would be done in a timely manner being that I've been loyal to the dealership with repairs and maintenance appointments since I bought the vehicle.
