Horrible, no other way to describe it. Quality of work is so so at best. They did an oil change and I couldn't remove the oil filter afterwards. Had water in the trunk and tried to tell me it was my pro is so so at best. They did an oil change and I couldn't remove the oil filter afterwards. Had water in the trunk and tried to tell me it was my problem. It was the third time water was in the vehicle, so I had to get Audi of NA involved. Had some recall work done, they lefty out some screws when putting things back. No longer have any trust. Went to another Audi dealer, much better. More
Be very careful when buying from their used lot. They take trade ins and stick them on the lot without even looking at them. I caught this and had to say I wanted new tires and numerous other issues rep take trade ins and stick them on the lot without even looking at them. I caught this and had to say I wanted new tires and numerous other issues repaired before I would buy. Salesman rushed delivery of vehicle before any of this was fixed, car ended up back at service numerous times. WVM had my vehicle more than I did the first few months. Service department is terrible, no communication, very difficult to get through to anyone. For new vehicles, this dealer is probably good, but for used stay away. More
Having purchased dozens of new cars from this dealer over the past 15 years one would expect a dealer to stand behind their customer if a problem should arise. If that would be your expectation steer far aw the past 15 years one would expect a dealer to stand behind their customer if a problem should arise. If that would be your expectation steer far away from these folks. The careless and ignorant attitude of the dealership owner infects virtually all levels of staff at this dealership. Their service techs lack the proper training to service the caliber of vehicles they sell and being severely understaffed exacerbates this issue leaving many customers frustrated with un-repaired vehicles. They only survive due to the lack of competition in the Northeast market. Do yourself a favor -- take the time time to drive and hour or and hour and a half south and experience what dealing with a real car dealership is all about -- it's definitely worth the drive! More
Wonderful experience every time - very friendly - made every effort to minimize waiting time and informed me that my rims did not need replacing contrary to what I had been told by a chain tire store -had every effort to minimize waiting time and informed me that my rims did not need replacing contrary to what I had been told by a chain tire store -had no trouble getting things replaced or maintained under warrenty More
I purchased my Mazda 3 from Wyoming Valley Motors in 2005. They didn't have the color I wanted so they ordered it for me and it only took 3 days for it to be delivered! I have taken my car to them multi 2005. They didn't have the color I wanted so they ordered it for me and it only took 3 days for it to be delivered! I have taken my car to them multiple times for normal wear and tear and any noise I think doesn't sound right.. They are so eager to help and figure out what is going on, even if its nothing. They are so knowledgeable about the vehicle and I wont take it anywhere else to be worked on. I will be buying my next car from WVM. :) More
I bought a TTRS from them this past week 12/3/2011. I am from 650 miles away from the dealership. My salesman, Matt Hedden, drove two hours each way to pick me up at the airport in Philly so I could get on from 650 miles away from the dealership. My salesman, Matt Hedden, drove two hours each way to pick me up at the airport in Philly so I could get on the road as early as possible to head home. You don't find many people with extreme Audi knowledge paired with such a friendly and helpful attitude as Matt's. Highly recommended. Nice work guys. Aaron More

There are several reasons NOT to go here. A: Vincent , the bored salesman who obviously doesn't want to sell any cars, left us for over 30 minutes to appraise our used vehicle. B: My husband is a veteran the bored salesman who obviously doesn't want to sell any cars, left us for over 30 minutes to appraise our used vehicle. B: My husband is a veteran and we bought out American vehicle from AAFES overseas. They stated it was an "international" vehicle, not American even though car facts, and our title say it is. C: They accused us of tampering with the odometer because customs hadn't completed the mileage when the car was exported from overseas back here. D: They had the audacity to insult us and any other veteran who has purchased an American car overseas by offering us 1/3 of the worth of the vehicle. I strongly urge ANYONE, especially veterans, to avoid this dealership at all costs. More
Frank was very attentve and prompt. Always available, he worked quickly to get numbers for a Mazda CX-9. To stress the point a bit more, he didn't waste our time with a drawn-out "talk to my manager" routi worked quickly to get numbers for a Mazda CX-9. To stress the point a bit more, he didn't waste our time with a drawn-out "talk to my manager" routine. We told him our ideas and he worked very hard to meet them. While we went with another manufacturer altogether in our ultimate purchase, this choice is not a reflection on Frank. I certainly recommend this dealership and Frank specifically. More
