Service and valet Had valet service, Tom came down to pick up my car and left a loaner. I was getting Auto Butler, oil change,tire rotation,and inspection. I asked To Had valet service, Tom came down to pick up my car and left a loaner. I was getting Auto Butler, oil change,tire rotation,and inspection. I asked Tom if he would bring me a brochure on the Q5 when he brought my car back. A another nice gentleman brought the car back, but Tom called me and said they didn’t have the brochure and I would have to go online. ( thought that was very nice of Tom to call). My car was nice and clean when it was delivered, WVM always do a wonderful job. Your valet drivers and very friendly and courteous, they do a great job. More

Great service, very friendly associates. Made an appointment early in week and was able to get in for the same week. Went in for a 15,000 mile checkup. Oil change, brake inspection, tire rotation and topped off all fluids. Took about an hour which wasn’t bad. Will go back to them. Best part was when they come around with warm chocolate chip cookies. Slow collision repair service 2 stars since it's 5 weeks now for a collision repair job they told me was scheduled to take 2 weeks. Very disappointing since I purchased the car new at this dealership and thought the repairs would be done in a timely manner being that I've been loyal to the dealership with repairs and maintenance appointments since I bought the vehicle. problem on tire not fixed. We went in with a problem in a tire with vibration, unbalanced or something. The tire was rotated to the front and now is dangerous to drive the vehic We went in with a problem in a tire with vibration, unbalanced or something. The tire was rotated to the front and now is dangerous to drive the vehicle because it vibrates the steering wheel. They tried to pass it off as a recall on the jeep, but the jeep dealer has no such recall listed. Not only was the tire not fixed, but now I really cant even drive the vehicle because it jumps around at a higher speeds. I called the service department before they closed on friday and no one called me back (although the message says they will call us right back!) Saturday no call, Monday no call, and now Tuesday no call!! Horrible! They know on my message exactly what it's doing and that it isnt safe to drive on a highway!!! We had to try and get another mechanic to look at this to fixed it for us today. I travel every weekend for 2 travel ice hockey players. I need this vehicle! More
