Poor communication Dropped my vehicle off f on a Saturday afternoon no appointment, Joe Allen wrote the vehicle up said he would work it into the schedule. I called him on Tuesday for an update ,vehicle was not looked at yet ,would work it into the schedule. Called Thursday for a update was put into voice mail, left message for Joe Allen still no return phone call. Friday morning called Joe Allen again, was put into voice mail again still no return phone call. Monday morning week later called Joe Allen was put into voice mail again, left 4th message looking for a update, still no return phone call. Tuesday received call form another service advisor that vehicle was finished. More

Cleaning created more work for me While I appreciate the little things like having the car washed after service, I have to raise a concern. Every time I’ve had my car in the exterior h While I appreciate the little things like having the car washed after service, I have to raise a concern. Every time I’ve had my car in the exterior has been cleaned as well as the floor mats and the windshield. The issue is that the floor mats are always put back in the car wet. But not just wet, with standing water in the pockets of the monster mats. And the car is generally serviced in the winter, so this most recent time I actually had ice cubes in the mats; I actually slid on them getting in and braking because they were iced over. And I always keep me windshield clean but whenever I get the car back it’s always dirtier and full of streaks. I know it seems petty but the floor mats posed a danger and it’s an inconvenience to have to clean my windshield again. Also, I was promised the vehicle would be done that day but I would pick it up the next. I had to arrange a ride to get it so it was important to know. I was told I would receive a phone call that day whether it was done or it would need more service. The vehicle was done in time but I never received a phone call. So my ride was placed on hold until I could speak with the dealership. More
