Recall service I Brought my car for a recall service. It was my first time at the dealership. Got lost on the way to it. Thankfully the service employee who answered I Brought my car for a recall service. It was my first time at the dealership. Got lost on the way to it. Thankfully the service employee who answered the phone stayed on the phone with me and guided me through the driving direction until I got to the dealership. I really thought that was beyond their service duty. I was very impressed with it and very thankful. Also I was offered the refreshment, coffee and cookies when I got there. Overall the service was great and the waiting time was short. The service was free, so I did not have to spend any money for it. More

Love Mazda I had two Mazda’s back to back. The only reason I did not get a Mazda again is I was looking for a change (Hope I’m not sorry). I’m sure I will be bac I had two Mazda’s back to back. Poor customer service I took my daughters car in for a recall on a seat bracket and an oil change. When we received the car back the seat belt light was continuously flashi I took my daughters car in for a recall on a seat bracket and an oil change. When we received the car back the seat belt light was continuously flashing and service engine light was in. When we called they said the service engine light was in when we dropped it off. If that was the case why wouldn’t we get a call to have it taken care of? We took the car back to have the seat belt light resolved and were told it would be $90 to scan the computer for the check engine light. Once that was done, we were told the O2 sensor needed to be replaced and it would be in in 2 days and to bring the car back then after 11 to have it fixed for $300. My daughter returned with the car and the part never came in. No call, no nothing. Very poor communication and customer service. Very expensive. More
