Charged for service that was not needed. Asked them to check for a noise coming from motor, they looked around the part that was making the noise to look at an internal motor part and charged me for it on check for a noise coming from motor, they looked around the part that was making the noise to look at an internal motor part and charged me for it only to change the part that they looked over to begin with. Service rep argued with me over warranty on parts. Was giving me a rough time with honoring the warranty. Couldn’t find keys at pick up. Service rep that had keys didn’t say a word to me other than “sign here”. Didn’t go over what work was done or explain charges. Scratched front lip on bumper. More

service not complete not all of the service was completed , there is an icon light on , on the dash of a triangle with an exclamation point in it . I asked about it when I brought my vehicle in . when I left the dealership it was still on . It said there was a brake switch default . I went back and asked again . someone came out and reset the light , but it came back on again after I left . Now I have to make another appointment , tie up my car for another day drive 40 miles down there and back when it should have been done the first time . My husband and I have bought 4 new cars from this dealership . The service has always been impeccable , slow , but impeccable . That's why we drop our cars off a day ahead now . I'm not a happy customer , I expect to get my car back in perfect condition , I asked to have the 30000 mile service done but don't see that it was done on the invoice . More
