Didn’t meet expectations Bought a 2019 Mazda CX-5 in November 2019 . Didn’t go 5000 miles until July 2020 . Got service notifications for 5000 miles service around March or Bought a 2019 Mazda CX-5 in November 2019 . Didn’t go 5000 miles until July 2020 . Got service notifications for 5000 miles service around March or April , assuming we had that many miles. Got service discount offers at this time which expired by July . Got 10000 miles service notice in July along with associated coupons ( online ) . Never got any physical paper coupons as I always did since owning Mazda’s since 2007 . Service person would not accept the 10000 miles discount for a 5000 miles service. Never had that kind of issue at Kelly Mazda , even though overall Kelly Mazda service was not good which is partly why we purchased a. Mazda from Wyoming valley. Also , I always received a mail in voucher for $20 off next oil change from Kelly . Did not receive one from Wyoming . That’s a big discount !!!! Inside front windshield was left all streaked , apparently from putting new oil change sticker on . Technician must have wiped it prior to installing new sticker . Did very poor job . Wife very unhappy to have to clean windshield !!!! I drive almost 50 miles to get there . Very expensive without discounts. You should also not assume how many miles is on a vehicle. I’m worried about having to pay for something that may go wrong while under warranty there . Kelly always covered . Example, . Brake rotors rusted before warranty ran out and they covered . I didn’t note the persons name I dealt with , but was not very friendly or welcoming. I had questions , and the other one there answered them for me . Overall, not as happy with service as we were with sale , with Rob Yenisas . Did like the convenience of online scheduling. Don’t want to drive 50 miles for high priced service either , especially when I know Mazda covers the discounts and coupons etc . But also like to get service from dealership while under warranty . Between a rock and a hard place ! More

8am appointment for hour long service not ready until after 4pm not acceptable & recommended service marked as refused Was never even mentioned to us.
