Very honest manager/dealership! I attempted to buy a 2023 Kia Sportage Hybrid from another dealership and they grossly inflated the mrsp by $9,000. Bergeys gave me the window stick I attempted to buy a 2023 Kia Sportage Hybrid from another dealership and they grossly inflated the mrsp by $9,000. Bergeys gave me the window sticker price and stood by it without adding ANY hidden fees. Joe Penkala sold us the car and was wonderful, as was Angelo Baretta, who helped us purchase a good warranty. Truly an amazing experience because they were so transparent. I highly recommend them over any other Kia dealership in the area. More

Terrible…sold a truck they stated was inspected and claimed the pads had 1/2 wear, 2000 miles in the brakes were bare digging into the rotors and they refused to reimburse. Major DISAPPOINTMENT with the SERVICE department. The two times I have had to drop my car off I have had to call towards the end of the day MYSELF to get a update/status of my vehicle. The most recent time I was supposed to get a shuttle to the dealer to get my car when finished. When they called and asked if I still needed one even after me stating when making the appointment and on the drop off envelope that I needed one. When they asked where I was located because they had to work me into the multiple other shuttles they had it sounded to be an inconvenience . So due to it sounding like an inconvenience I was thankfully able to find a way to get there. Another major issue that I have come across with them is you can almost NEVER get anyone on the phone for any reason I called 6-7 time in a hour period to try and schedule my appointment. More

Discriminatory practices After speaking to a salesperson over the phone on Sat 8/10/19. I setup an appt to drive a Telluride on the same day. I stated that I was driving from New Jersey and I was interested in leasing or purchasing this vehicle. After the test drive I told the salesperson that I wanted to lease this vehicle. I was told by the Manager that they would not lease or sell me the vehicle. They stated that I must live in the area of Lansdale in order to lease or purchase this vehicle. I ask him why and I was told that due to limited inventory of Tellurides that this was the current policy of the Dealership. I drove over 100 miles to and from Lansdale. I wasted money on gas, tolls and my time. I view this policy as discrimination against people who live outside a geographic area. At the very least the Dealership should have advertised their intent. More
