I'm a new customer, I bought a new car at your dealership last October. Service with that so far been great, So I bought my 2009 F-150 in for new exhaust manifolds. So far very good, Only thing I wasn't plea last October. Service with that so far been great, So I bought my 2009 F-150 in for new exhaust manifolds. So far very good, Only thing I wasn't please with was that now I have a exhaust leak in the connection on the y pipe the cross over pipe. I understand its 15 years old and from removal of the manifold is a big job and they had to move the out of the way. I was told it would cost 3,300.00 to fix this after paying 3,900.00 for the manifold job. I would of hope they could cut the rotted area out and make a temporary fix on the pippe. More

The rating is a three instead of a five this time, as a repair which should be covered under warranty, was instead being pitched as a $300 serv good. I scheduled an appointment for inspection/emissions and to have a window leak repaired. Scheduled it the week prior so that the work would be done when the leak specialists was there. Picked up the car and they never added my vehicle to the leak specialist repair list. So now I have to being the vehicle back for the repair. At this point who is going to compensate me for my time when people can’t do their job? More
