Drove 2.5 miles to see a van that was to be held for us only to find they sold it out from under us. Bad way to impress customers. Obviously dont take them at their word. They dont keep it. Poor customer service does not stand behind the vehicle. And the best part - Jeff Greenly's demo of the vehicle made me look at my Fusion from a whole new perspective. I have never seen someone explain all the features of a car in such minute details. Buyers beware Had a very bad experience with Tyler, I think he was having a roid rage! He started yelling at us and is very unprofessional. I felt very afraid for myself and my family's safety. We will be speaking to authorities and filling a complaint. This dealership and it's workers have such good reviews so I figured maybe it was just this one guy, but when I emailed the internet sales manager (Mark) and didn't receive any correspondence I figured they tolerate this type of behavior here. The bottom line is you are in a customer service job, treat your customers with respect FURTHER REVIEW FROM MY WIFE We made an appointment to check out a car they had listed online. We arrived 15 minutes early to our appointment and test drove the car. The car and price were great and we were ready to buy the car right away. We were asked to wait since they were already working with other customers and we had no problem doing so. After about 30 minutes the manager, Tyler, came out and begrudgingly agreed to sell us the car that night. He would need to stay 30 minutes past their closing in order to do so and seemed very irritable. We immediately called our insurance and had the temporary ID card faxed over. He then decided he wasn't going to stay and told us we would need to return the next day in order to purchase the car. We explained to him that we drove over an hour and needed the car to get to work the next day and we were told to wait and already had the insurance and financing approved. The salesman then suggested putting dealer plates on the car and letting us take it home that night and he refused. We then asked if he could reduce the price by $200 to help with the burden of missing a day of work and having to drive back and forth and he refused and then told us he could charge us more if he wanted! We immediately left and cancelled the insurance on the car. I can't speak for the rest of their employees but he should definitely not be in the customer service industry. If you are hoping to have an enjoyable car buying experience I would highly recommend going somewhere else! More
