Jeep was in for service on Friday for ‘stalling on cold starts when placed in reverse’ and check engine light on. Was told code was ‘engine misfire’ but found nothing. N/C … When picked up vehicle next day, Jeep stalled again. Called and explained the situation … was told to drop off Monday. When checked in Monday they had no idea why I was there… had no record of my appointments. It’s Tuesday evening and haven’t heard from the service department. I never give bad reviews to any business, service here is usually excellent, but this is totally unacceptable. More
