Truck had to go in for inspection and was able to make an appointment only a week out, another dealer I have used in the past had almost a month wait list. Bergy’s completed the inspection timely I just wish that when a customer asks for a price on an oil change that the service folks could actually give you a price. I have an ecodiesel and they would only give me an answer of “not sure the cost”. Last time I asked them they gave me a rough cost about $80-100 more than the other dealer I have used. Come on Bergy’s you have got to be able to orovide simple cost quotes like an oul change. Also may want to rethink your ecodiesel oil change cost, I’m not paying $300 or so just no way. More
