I've been going to Bergey's Jeep for 33 years and have never had a bad experience with their service department or sales. I also love the way they have their mechanics do a video from under the vehicle wh never had a bad experience with their service department or sales. Very disappointed with my Ram service at Bergeys. I was told my truck needed a new Turbo and they had to order the parts. Said it would take a week or so. Many weeks I called. Then called. I kept getting told they'd call right back, they never did. They I even drove over to see them (25 minute drive each way) and they again promised they'd let me know asap. They never did.
