Took my certified pre-owned vehicle in for a squealing noise that turned out to be an issue with my brake rotors so they had to replace my brakes. This should not be happening for a vehicle with so few miles but they still charged me several hundred to fix. I paid a lot of extra money to not have problems like this and they still stiffed me and now I'm paying several hundred for something that was not my fault. I should not need new brakes on a 16,000 mile car especially if it's certified. The sales team was helpful in getting me a rental in the meantime but that's really the only positive part of this experience. Also had to go way out of my way to get serviced here More
