Thought it was strainge that I called made an appointment for a recall to be done. After sitting there for an hour and a half I'm told the parts aren't there and I'll need to leave the car. Think they should have looked and ordered what is nessesary before I brought the car in? Then I get a call the following morning stating that the shuttle guy will be calling to get me in a shortly. After like 6 hours I decided I better call and check. To find out that the shuttle guy didn't get the note or some xxxxxxxx so he then finally called and I picked up my car and was home at 5:00. I'm sure my car was actually Finnish early but I waisted my time, and waited all day for the call that my cars done.... It Sucked. More

Dropped off car night before inspection and the guy was very nice and helpful. Next day shuttle came and picked me up when car was done and driver was very nice. I bought a beautiful Truck at Bergey Chevrolet in Colmar, Pa a few months ago. I took it in for my first oil change and tire rotation yesterday. The service dept was great. There was also a recall that they took care of. All in all, I was in there for about 1.5 hrs, but the work was done nicely and the best part, NO CHARGE! Thank you Bergeys. More
