The purchase of my Chevrolet Traverse was the easiest buy (of a vehicle) I ever made. Mike took me from showing me the vehicle I was interested in through the sale and finally taking ownership of the Traver (of a vehicle) I ever made. I just purchased a 2012 SIlverado from Carfagno, and couldnt be more pleased with the service, communication and honest pricing i received. I was very close to purchasing a used 2011 truck when i stoppe couldnt be more pleased with the service, communication and honest pricing i received. I was very close to purchasing a used 2011 truck when i stopped at Carfagno (which was close to my work) to see if i might be able to get more for the trade of my car. I was met by a sales associate, Michael Kipp, who quickly got me to the person who would give me the trade in value on my car. While i was waiting Mr. Kipp asked what is was looking for, and when i told him (as i thought OK here comes the sales pitch) I was surprised that there was no forcing of me to look at trucks he had on the lot. So while waiting i decided to look around on my own, it was a pleasent change not to have somebody constantly hounding me at every vehicle in which i peeked through the window. Something seemed different about this dealership. When the manager came back with the value for my car (which i was selling outright to them) it was more than a thousnd over what i was getting on trade for the used truck at the other dealer, and it was also explained to me why the value was what it was. Because of this i decided to take a closer look at one of the trucks on the lot that caught my eye (although not the color i wanted), it ended up actually being cheaper than the used truck i was looking at. All the finances of offers from Chevy at the time were explained in a language i could understand, and still to this point there was not a forcing of a vehicle on me. I left that day and that night i called Michael and asked him to find me one in the color i wanted (White Diamond Tri-Coat). I received a call the next morning around 10am and was told he had located 2 and that both were available. I stopped in on a Monday to get a price on my car and was driving my New truck Tuesday night. The whole process at Carfagno was seemless, and never forced, which as stated above was a welcome change. More
