I visited the dealership to look at the possibility of trading in my 2012 Sonic LT for a 2013 Sonic RS that I had seen and admired in the showroom. I realized that my trade in value on the Sonic 2012 mig trading in my 2012 Sonic LT for a 2013 Sonic RS that I had seen and admired in the showroom. I realized that my trade in value on the Sonic 2012 might be marginal with regard to providing enough equity to qualify for a down payment on the Sonic 2013. Karen discovered a discount available to me because of my military service that I was not aware of and was able to apply which along with my trade in to serve as a down payment. Karen started the paperwork and search for lenders and after a reasonable time had found a very acceptable financing arrangement which met my monthly payment goal. She handled the insurance transfer just as efficiently so that I drove out with my new Sonic RS 2013 that same day. This was my third vehicle that I have purchased from Karen at Carfagno and each transaction has been handled professionally and exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend her as a sales person for your next GMC vehicle. More

We were looking into purchasing the Spark, as we live in the city. Upon my arrival to the dealership, I was greeted by Micheal and we started talking.
