Recently I leased a new Cruze from Carfagno and worked with Caren Wolford. This was my second visit to Carfagno; about a year ago I had worked with Caren and Kevin Wylie and ended up not buying a car at with Caren Wolford. Remembering my good experience before, it was not even a question that I would go back and seek out Caren. They had the exact car I wanted and we began working on some numbers, took the car for a drive and came back to the dealer. The whole experience was very low-pressure; Caren wanted to get me in a car, but never did she push for a sale. We went back and forth maybe once about price and she got me where I wanted to be monthly payment-wise with no hassle. I was at the dealership for quite a while as finance was a little backed up and there were some deliveries, but I always felt comfortable. Overall it's a very relaxed atmosphere at Carfagno. The dealership was recently renovated as well, and it's just not a bad place to spend time. Kevin Wylie remembered me by name, which is pretty amazing considering he met me once, and it had been over a year. He didn't participate in this sale really, but I want to give him honorable mention. Susan Ellis in finance got me in and out quickly and handled the paper work efficiently. Her no-nonsense attitude was refreshing! I'm looking forward to my ownership with this car and hopefully can add a review later for parts or service. Caren walked me around the dealer explaining where to take my new car for service and it seems very easy. They have a bay you just pull into and an advisor will come out and help. Overall I'm really pleased with my experience. If you're looking for a low-pressure, comfortable dealer with genuine people looking to help you, shop here and you won't be disappointed. More
