From the first phone conversation with Mike Kipp, I was put at ease and felt confident that I was in good hands. The sales visit was great. My daughter and were treated as if we were buying the most expen put at ease and felt confident that I was in good hands. The sales visit was great. My daughter and were treated as if we were buying the most expensive vehicle on the lot. After a test drive, I had concern about a sound I was hearing. This was immediately addressed by Mike and a mechanic to my satisfaction. The finance person (so sorry I forget her name) was also helpful, as was the receptionist. I could go on and on.... but suffice it to say, I had a positive experience. Hey! Even the dealership itself is clean,comfortable, and welcoming. I will return when I need a car and will recommend Carfagno Chevrolet and Mike Kipp to anyone needing a vehicle! I am especially thankful to Frank Cargafno for helping Len Carsillo (and me) find a great car for our little girl. More

I was emailing Kevin Wylie several times about a Chevy Sonic on which I had received an email quote. Kevin set up a time to meet with me to look at a Sonic that was at the dealership. It was not the one I Sonic on which I had received an email quote. Kevin set up a time to meet with me to look at a Sonic that was at the dealership. It was not the one I received a quote on and the price was higher than I wanted to spend. Kevin said he would honor or come close to the quote. He had a doctor's appointment and told me that another salesperson, Karen, could get me started until he came back. Kevin never came back and the price Karen was able to give me didn't come close to the quote. She was very nice to deal with and I felt bad that I wasted her time. This was my first and last visit to Carfagno and I wouldn't recommend any of my friends to go there if they are looking for a new car. I eventually purchased the Sonic at a different dealership where I was treated with respect. More

I would highly recommend Carfagno Chevrolet because of their friendliness and their no pressure sales. I didn't want to go to far from home to purchase my new Chevrolet.
