My experience at Carfagno was amazing! I was recommended to stop by there by a worker named Tony, who I believe works in parts. He introduced me to Mike Kipp who was just awesome! He wasn't your typical sal to stop by there by a worker named Tony, who I believe works in parts. He introduced me to Mike Kipp who was just awesome! He wasn't your typical salesman, he was simply the best. I walked in interested in a Chevy Camaro. I knew my financial situation and I explained that to Mike and he worked with me for quite a while getting me the best deal he could find. He made sure to keep in touch when there was something available for me, which is hard to find! Usually follow-ups are non-existent, being in a sales culture myself I know how important follow-up is, and Mike stood by me until we found MY Camaro! I went down and test drove it and just fell in love with car and he really did get me a great deal too! After a few hours of discussing my options I went home and did some reviewing of all the information Mike had given me and I just couldn't pass this up! So a couple hours later I called Mike and said I would be there that Monday to get it! Now i have my Camaro, and happier than ever! Thank you Carfagno Team, and a special shout and thank you to Mike! My husband and I came to Carfagno Chevrolet in Plymouth Meeting, PA because he had purchased his truck there about 5 years ago. If Michael did not the answers to our questions he said so and got back to us with the correct answers. We felt welcome and not rushed to purchase a vehicle at anytime. My wife and I actually purchased 2 new Chevrolet cars this year from Carfagno Chevrolet, and we can honestly say it was a very positive experience. Our sales representative, Caren Wolford, was wonderful to work with. She was very accommodating in allowing for test drives and very knowledgeable about all of the functions of each car, making it more comfortable to drive each car for the first time. On pickup of the new vehicles Caren gave us a careful and thorough overview of the various functions available on each car. From the first phone conversation with Mike Kipp, I was put at ease and felt confident that I was in good hands. The sales visit was great. My daughter and were treated as if we were buying the most expen put at ease and felt confident that I was in good hands. The sales visit was great. This was immediately addressed by Mike and a mechanic to my satisfaction. The finance person (so sorry I forget her name) was also helpful, as was the receptionist. I could go on and on.... but suffice it to say, I had a positive experience. Hey! Even the dealership itself is clean,comfortable, and welcoming. I will return when I need a car and will recommend Carfagno Chevrolet and Mike Kipp to anyone needing a vehicle! I am especially thankful to Frank Cargafno for helping Len Carsillo (and me) find a great car for our little girl. More

I was emailing Kevin Wylie several times about a Chevy Sonic on which I had received an email quote. Kevin set up a time to meet with me to look at a Sonic that was at the dealership. It was not the one I Sonic on which I had received an email quote. Kevin set up a time to meet with me to look at a Sonic that was at the dealership. It was not the one I received a quote on and the price was higher than I wanted to spend. Kevin said he would honor or come close to the quote. He had a doctor's appointment and told me that another salesperson, Karen, could get me started until he came back. Kevin never came back and the price Karen was able to give me didn't come close to the quote. She was very nice to deal with and I felt bad that I wasted her time. This was my first and last visit to Carfagno and I wouldn't recommend any of my friends to go there if they are looking for a new car. I eventually purchased the Sonic at a different dealership where I was treated with respect. More
