I just purchased a new corvette and traded my old one. They were very fair and straight forward with the transaction. There was not unnecessary pressure or haggling. I always get very personal treatment from Brian and he is very knowledgeable about the vehicles He always takes to time before and after the purchase to got over any and all details. I appreciated his followup on this car since I had to be on a list and they are in short supply with great demand. Everyone in the dealership is very courteous and friendly. I actually met Brian while my old corvette was in for service. I was in the show room just killing time waiting for my car and he approached me just to talk and introduce himself. I told him I was not looking to buy and he was very nice about showing me the new cars and just chatting. He asked if I wanted his card for the future. I never like any high pressure or pushyness and did neither one. I was impressed with him and his attitude and when I wanted a new truck I called him first, same for the corvette. I have only been in for service a few times but the service department is also very professional and friendly. More

He made the arrangement to get me out for a test drive showing me all the creature comforts and all the updated equipment. He was very knowledgable and hands on showing me how each item work. We discussed my trade in which had to be done site unseen since my car would not start. He was fair as we coverd all possible rebate/give back items. He covered what could be done with financing and kept it within my finance range. I have purchased two vehicles from Kevin. He was extremely helpful. I told him what I was looking for and within a couple days he found exactly what I wanted. I do not like to buy cars. From the standpoint of being a customer it is very difficult because you are being asked to make a deal without knowing all the information the other side has. It is also difficult to get that information so you feel that you are at a big disadvantage. I read about holdbacks by the car companies and understand they are 3% by GM and Ford. So you can calculate what invoice price actually means in terms of dealer cost. So starting at this point Michael worked very well to make my deal satisfactory to me. More
