My experience at Carfagno was amazing! I was recommended to stop by there by a worker named Tony, who I believe works in parts. He introduced me to Mike Kipp who was just awesome! He wasn't your typical salesman, he was simply the best. I walked in interested in a Chevy Camaro. I knew my financial situation and I explained that to Mike and he worked with me for quite a while getting me the best deal he could find. He made sure to keep in touch when there was something available for me, which is hard to find! Usually follow-ups are non-existent, being in a sales culture myself I know how important follow-up is, and Mike stood by me until we found MY Camaro! I went down and test drove it and just fell in love with car and he really did get me a great deal too! After a few hours of discussing my options I went home and did some reviewing of all the information Mike had given me and I just couldn't pass this up! So a couple hours later I called Mike and said I would be there that Monday to get it! Now i have my Camaro, and happier than ever! Thank you Carfagno Team, and a special shout and thank you to Mike! She was very accommodating in allowing for test drives and very knowledgeable about all of the functions of each car, making it more comfortable to drive each car for the first time.
