We discussed my trade in which had to be done site unseen since my car would not start. He was fair as we coverd all possible rebate/give back items. He covered what could be done with financing and kept it within my finance range. I do not like to buy cars. From the standpoint of being a customer it is very difficult because you are being asked to make a deal without knowing all the information the other side has. It is also difficult to get that information so you feel that you are at a big disadvantage. I read about holdbacks by the car companies and understand they are 3% by GM and Ford. So you can calculate what invoice price actually means in terms of dealer cost. So starting at this point Michael worked very well to make my deal satisfactory to me. More
