I went into the dealership just browsing for a cheap Sonic, most likely an LT; Instead, I walked out with a Chevy Sonic RS with all the frills for the price I was willing to pay for the cheaper model. I live an hour and a half from Carfagno's Chevrolet but had come into town for the night. After the very friendly staff tried everything they could to bring the price down, I decided that I just couldn't make the payments that were offered to me. I woke up the next morning to a Voicemail from them telling me that they had found a bank willing to give me a much lower interest rate which would put the payment right where I needed them. The friendly staff, amazing follow up, and great price had me make the trek all the way back to Plymouth Meeting to secure the deal. I really would recommend this dealership to anyone. They truly know the meaning of customer assistance. More

As far as the financing and the entire process of purchasing goes this was by far the best and the least stressful which I have ever had, and I've had couple of bad experiences. Only downside to this dealership is the attention to detail, for instance they sold me a brand new truck with *500* miles on it (Basically a used truck, "apparently it was the only one left") plus didn't even include the floor mats, what kind of sale is that? When I asked why does the truck have so many miles on it? It was supposed to be a new truck! They said, well, it was probably used for test drives and then we had to drive it to our location for about 230 MILES!!!! Excuse me but, when I pay $53,000 for a brand new 3500HD truck I expect it to be BRAND NEW not some used unwanted piece of last year’s inventory! Other than this, the sales staff is amazing, they are extremely friendly and nice, Jason was a great help, I will go back to this dealership again, but with only one condition! Show me the truck first and let's talk about the deal later! P.S (In case you are wondering) I could not say not to the truck, because they had my non-refundable $3000 in case I decided not to buy. Caren called me the very next day and placed me in a beautiful pre-certified 2009 Chevy Malibu fully loaded. Caren was fast, friendly, and even took the time to help me set up my XM Radio, Bluetooth, and On-Star. This is the second car that I have purchased from Carfagno and it will not be my last. He patiently went over all the features and invited me back for more information if I need it. He was thorough and detailed with the entire transaction of the leasing process. Several years ago, one of my cars had an engine problem and the service department at the Carfagno dealership worked with GM service to correct the problem. After many attempts to remedy the problem with no avail, they replaced the engine. I have been driving GM vehicles for over 62 years. I transaction of leasing my Cruze was very pleasant. I appreciated his followup on this car since I had to be on a list and they are in short supply with great demand. Everyone in the dealership is very courteous and friendly. I actually met Brian while my old corvette was in for service. I was in the show room just killing time waiting for my car and he approached me just to talk and introduce himself. I told him I was not looking to buy and he was very nice about showing me the new cars and just chatting. He asked if I wanted his card for the future. I never like any high pressure or pushyness and did neither one. I was impressed with him and his attitude and when I wanted a new truck I called him first, same for the corvette.
