Joe Burns and Pete DiStefano went above and beyond the typical "Used Car Saleman" idea of sales. They weren't pushy or demanding in the effort to find a vehicle that met my needs. I had an awesome experience. This is my second time purchasing a vehicle from Pete and he was amazing. The process was long but he made it as easy as possible. Pete considered my budget and stuck with it. Never trying to convince me to do more or take a vehicle that I did not want. After having a wonderful experience having my 2011 Chevy Volt serviced at Carfagno Chevorlet under the direction of Joe Burns, I decided to get my new Chevy Volt from Carfagno as my 3 year lease was up. I worked with Pete DiStefano, entirely over the phone, as I already new exactly what I was looking for. Pete was easy to negotiate with and made the whole process very easy. I met him in person for the first time when taking delivery of the car. He was completely prepared for my visit and handled the whole process smoothly. Everything he had explained to me over the phone was what was presented at time of delivery with no surprises. The service, both sales and maintenance, that I have been experiencing from Cargagno Chevrolet has been exceptional which is why I don't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a new Chevrolet. Mike exemplifies what a car salesman should be: friendly, pressure-free, and honest. I admittedly went into the purchase on the defensive, being generally wary of car salesmen. But my experience with Mike wa pressure-free, and honest. I admittedly went into the purchase on the defensive, being generally wary of car salesmen. But my experience with Mike was better than I could have imagined. He genuinely wanted me to make a purchase that I would be satisfied with (and satisfied I am!). It feels like he approaches his sales from that angle, rather than how to get his next commission. I've already recommended a few friends to him. I was blown away by how respectful and helpful the staff were. I had my 2 yr old with me who was getting cranky and the dealer "walked" laps with her to keep her entertained while i completed paper work. Ev were.
