We recently leased a new 2014 Chevy Equinox and worked with Jason Bercholc. I went in the dealership prior to purchasing just to view the car and worked with Jason for a while before actually purchasing. with Jason Bercholc. Jason was very knowledgeable of the vehicle, very professional, and did a great job making sure we received the best service possible. Shortly after, I brought my wife back to view the car to make sure she liked it as this would be her new car. Jason made sure we both felt comfortable, answered all of my wife's questions, explained the safety features and why this would be a good vehicle for her, and we left feeling very at ease and comfortable doing business there. We then had a lot more questions, and since my wife and I are unavailable during the day via phone, Jason made sure to make himself available all day via email. We exchanged a total of 100 emails over the course of a day and a half, and Jason made sure to answer all of my questions and emails very quickly. It a world where everything is automated, it was a relief to be able to email Jason and get him directly and quickly. It was his service, honesty, professionalism, along with his ability to get us the best possible, that directly lead us to purchase the car through him. He made sure he didn't over sell us on things we didn't need and in an industry where most salesmen come on strong and could scare customers away, Jason's honesty and guidance through the process left us leaving the dealership feeling like we got a food deal and not ripped off, left us feeling really good about our purchase, and left us knowing we would be future customer's of his.
