Beware of these guys — I recently bought what I thought was a brand new car that looked nice on the lot. Turns out that the side windows were finely scratched all over! At first, the scratches were easy to was a brand new car that looked nice on the lot. Turns out that the side windows were finely scratched all over! At first, the scratches were easy to miss depending on how the light hit the windows. More was revealed after I drove it a little and got the car washed less than 2 weeks after buying. After I complained and took the car back to get re-detailed, the service people told me they found a foreign substance all over the car, including the paint. I now believe this chemical had been applied before sale in an attempt to hide the scratches from me! It’s already been such a frustrating experience compounded by little urgency on their part to try to rectify this problem! They seemed nice enough while I was car shopping but everything after-sale has been a disaster. More

I was very happy with the job Pete did in eventually getting my new Silverado for me. This was not an "on the lot" vehicle, but was a custom order and Pete did everything he could keeping me informed as getting my new Silverado for me.
