Before I went car shopping, I did a lot of research on the internet to be prepared to deal with the sales person. I am usually intimidated by these folks so I wanted some "ammo" so to speak. When we drove into Carfagno's lot, we looked at a couple of cars on the lot and no one bothered us. Then when we went in, John Coyle is the first person we came to, we told him what we were looking for and he was very pleasant and informative about the vehicles available. He immediately offered us a test drive in the Malibu we were interested in. He quickly got the keys and plate and we were off. We drove a ways and he had us drive into a parking lot and told us about all the features on the car very thoroughly. We then continued our drive. I also wanted to drive a Impala but there were no 2012's on the lot yet so one of the other salesmen offered his demo for us to take a ride in. Again, John explained the car to us and the differences between that and the Malibu. Our trade in vehicle was in the shop and John asked us what we expected to get for it; since I had researched Kelly Book prices, I told him what I wanted and it was no problem - site unseen. John was very accommodating on time for pick up of our new vehicle and even came in on his day off to make the final transaction. He also took us around the dealership and introduced us to the service manager. In all, we are very pleased with the car purchase and expect to have good service experiences in the future. More

I believe that we got a fair price for our Equinox; however, everyone always wants an even lower price! Having said that, I do believe that Pete was honest with the pricing and tried to get us a good deal. I would definitely recommend Pete to someone who was interested in a Chevy vehicle. More

My overall experience so far was excellent. Everyone I worked with at the dealership was helpful and pleasant. They were knowledgeable of all aspects of the cars and took the time to explain the differen worked with at the dealership was helpful and pleasant.
