All of my questions were answered on the spot and I was presented with several options for cars that I was interested in. Upon meeting with Roger, I was immediately put at ease with his friendliness and willingness to help me find the vehicle that was the right fit. He was personable and honest with me about any and all of my concerns. I was taken on a test drive and he was extremely helpful in pointing out all of the features of the car, many of which were new and would have been otherwise confusing to me. Even though I did not purchase the car on that first day, Roger continued to assist me via email and was always prompt in answering my messages. On the night that I came in to buy the car, the process was extremely smooth and timely. Roger also took the time to assist me in setting up my ON STAR subscription and explained how to use the various tools in the vehicle that I was unfamiliar with.
