I like to say that I have never been to a car dealership like Carfagno. The service is great and the staff are wonderful. I bought a car on July 11 and found that the car was not meant for me and they were like Carfagno. The service is great and the staff are wonderful. I bought a car on July 11 and found that the car was not meant for me and they were able to switch me into another car that I felt was both safe and comfortable. There was no attitude or complications while everything had to be done a 2nd time over. I am very pleased with the car I bought and please with the service I was given! I will go back for service and if I decide to purchase/lease another car. I will be referring family members and friends to them as well. Carfagno is great!!! More

This is my first brand new car. Prior to this point in my life, it has been used vehicles. I was a bit nervous to "take the plunge", so to speak. Peter DiStefano, with Carfagno was exactly what I needed. My husband is still overseas, so I wanted to pick out a car within our budget, American made, and fuel efficient that we would both love. Admittedly, I was a bit worried that I would feel overwhelmed by ALL the choices out there right now. Peter made things easy for me with honest feedback on all types of cars (including some I asked him about that were not available on his lot). He also was able to talk to me in layman's terms about the more technical aspects of each vehicle. He was genuine, knowledgable, and personable. Additionally, the rest of the staff seemed very friendly. I liked this dealership because Peter and the rest of the staff give off a small-dealer feel with a big-dealer selection. Even the owner of the dealer was accessible and extremely friendly. I feel that you just do not see thiis type of service these days and it is unfortunate. Additionally, I had great hands-on service from Susan, who I believe was in the accounting department. Again, a down-to-earth person who knows what she is doing. I remember the last time I purchased a car in the states, I sort of had the feeling I was being hustled at the dealership. The car ended up being wonderful, but I was uncomfortable at the dealership. Carfagno provided me with the exact opposite of that experience. All-in-all, a great dealership. I think I am about to embark upon a long line of Chevy's! Loving my Cruze!! I am so excited that I was able to purchase an affordable car with such excellent gas mileage that looks cute too. My husband and I could not be happier. Thanks Carfagno!! More

My wife and I had never bought a new car and we were a little apprehensive about it, but everyone down at Carfagno Chevrolet were very nice and made the transaction pretty smooth.
