Absolute worst dealership experience I’ve ever had. I’ve purchased 20 news cars over the years 4 of them being Cadillacs. This dealership and the management was utter trash. Going back and forth for a week trying to make a deal. Turns out they didn’t even know the car was already sold days prior. Then tried getting me to agree on a different vehicle. The GM was rude. Never returned phone calls and the salesman Ryan was completely clueless. Stay away give your money to someone else that appreciates their customers. More
