Horrible Customer Service Dropped my car off at 6:30am for an oil change. I actually made the appointment 10 days in advance. They never even touched my car. When I called to find out if it was done, they said, I left it at the wrong service area. Then they told me since it was 4:45pm that I would have to reschedule. No Thanks....if they don't want my business, fine. I will take it somewhere else. More

I am an OTR owner operater and had troubles with my Volvo 780 automatic transmission. I limped it into Bergey's for service from 30 miles out. When I got there (after having calling them 3 times) they trea 780 automatic transmission. I limped it into Bergey's for service from 30 miles out. When I got there (after having calling them 3 times) they treated me as if I had never called. I unhooked the trailer and parked the truck. An hour later the night shop foreman came out and tried to start a fight with me over where the trailer was parked. He told me to move it and I informed him that my transmission was out and couldn't move it. We wound up having a arguement and cussing each other out. I had the sevice manager called and he said he wouldn't do anything till tomorrow. More
My wife had her Pontiac towed to this dealership's service department. She asked that she be called with an idea of what the problem was and approx. how much it would cost. She never received that c service department. She asked that she be called with an idea of what the problem was and approx. how much it would cost. She never received that call and they did the work regardless. When she went to the service department and expressed her disatisfaction and requested a slight discount, the service person she was dealing with stated, "We can take the car in the back and remove the bolts (that were just installed)!" My wife has never been treated so rudely by a business in her life and was very upset when she came home. Is it normal for a dealership to treat it's customers with such disrespect? Needless to say we will never be stepping our feet into this dealership ever again. More
