Horrible Customer Service Dropped my car off at 6:30am for an oil change. I actually made the appointment 10 days in advance. They never even touched my car. I am an OTR owner operater and had troubles with my Volvo 780 automatic transmission. I limped it into Bergey's for service from 30 miles out. When I got there (after having calling them 3 times) they trea 780 automatic transmission. I limped it into Bergey's for service from 30 miles out. When I got there (after having calling them 3 times) they treated me as if I had never called. I unhooked the trailer and parked the truck. An hour later the night shop foreman came out and tried to start a fight with me over where the trailer was parked. He told me to move it and I informed him that my transmission was out and couldn't move it. We wound up having a arguement and cussing each other out. I had the sevice manager called and he said he wouldn't do anything till tomorrow. More
