During the inspection, pointed out small things that may need attention, but what stood out was something that had "failed" on the inspection, Toe on a rear wheel and told me it was something that was marginally out from nominal, made me aware of it, and told me that it should not be a concern rather than trying to upsell me on getting a full alignment. Extremely impressed and would recommend. During the time I was there, I looked around the show room and the sales staff was receptive and did not immediately leave when I told them that I wasn't purchasing right now, but in the next 6 months to a year. Great! I came in for a side light detection failure. It was the second time in for my 2015 Impala LT. My bumper to bumper warranty was expired yet they paid the cost because it was the same issue. I had a rental car and my car was fixed in a timely manner.
