The experience was for the most part positive. It was a good experience in terms of helpful people and the quality of the work. There were downsides, however. I have formerly used another Grand Rapids spot and they could get me in immediately, do excellent work, and be done in 2-3 days rather than the week that Berger had my car. So in terms of recommending Berger, I would tell other potential Berger customers that and I would imagine that could deter customers. Also, I just noticed someone spilled something on my car while in the shop. I washed most of it off but it wouldn't all come off. Now I'll probably have to go back and talk to the shop people. In addition, while work was being done on my car, the worker accidently scratched my hubcap. So the car had to go back for another night - after I had gotten it back. The positive was because of that inconvenience, I asked for a free oil change and the body shop boss quickly granted that. It's that type of attitude that keeps me in Berger's corner. My lease runs out in July and honestly, if the answer had been no, fair or not, Berger's would not have been at the head of my list in looking for my next car. The manager's decision kept Berger as my first stop in looking for a new car. Gestures like that are important and I think the body shop boss knew that. More

Replacement of scratched console cover When we picked up new suburban, we noticed a scratch on back portion of center console.
