It was good service. Jonathan was great. The woman who set me up with the rental car was annoyed with me and I asked her would my car be given back to me with the same amo Jonathan was great. The woman who set me up with the rental car was annoyed with me and I asked her would my car be given back to me with the same amount of gas I left it with seeing as how I had to return the rental with a full gas tank. She said it would and I assumed it would too as I was having a sunroof fixed yet for some reason my car came back with a quarter of a tank less??? No big deal but unsure how that happened. She didn't have to say anything rude, her body language and lack of comment to mine were obvious that she was annoyed. More

sway bar I made an appointment for a clunking noise. Told them to check the sway bar because that broke before and it was the same noise. Right away it was making the same noise so I took it back in and the sway bar was broken. I therefore, had to pay 2 $100 deductibles. If they would have checked it the 1st time I brought it in, I would not have had to come back. Waste 2 more days of my time and an extra $100. Al Duncan, however was very kind and is very good at his job. When I come back it would be a pleasure to work with him. Commendable employee More

Superb service Scheduling was easy, and I was greeted warmly upon arrival. I had hoped for a half-day repair and they made it happen, all for a fair price! Repairs I spent over $2,700.00 and they haven't yet found or fixed the problem. My engine light was on and they diagnosed it as a failed catalytic converter w I spent over $2,700.00 and they haven't yet found or fixed the problem. My engine light was on and they diagnosed it as a failed catalytic converter which they replaced. They called me and said that the engine light was still on and they diagnosed that it was the timing chain and replacing it would solve the problem. They replaced the timing chain and tensioners. They then called me and said that the engine light was still on.and that they thought it might be a reluctor that spun around the crankshaft but they couldn't be sure as they have only seen anything like this 3 times in the last 30 years. That was going to be another $2,800.00 just to get at the reluctor and they couldn't be sure if that was the problem. I told them enough. The car runs worse than when I took it in. Another mechanic told me that they were full of it and it is a simple fix o replacing of oc idle sensor and cleaning fuel injectors. More
