My Berger experience Once again Mark Bivins comes through for the win! He had a dealer rental set up for me while my 2017 Camaro had a recall to be serviced . Made sure I Once again Mark Bivins comes through for the win! He had a dealer rental set up for me while my 2017 Camaro had a recall to be serviced . Made sure I didn’t have to take her out on the road in a storm during an unpredicable rainy week .... My only issue was nothing dealing with front of house .... but as stated.... I had an oil change and a recall.... both to be taken care of on two separate occasions (due to waiting on parts for the recall) my Camaro has custom red leather which was left dingy( some one got in it with dirty clothes) .... and the oil cap over spilled... with a sharp tool left in the back seat that could have easily punctured it ... Steve Johnson promptly addressed every issue and gave my leather a back to new detailing .... nothing to complain about on the front end ... just a few careless techs ... More

From Joe, the agent who handled my service request to Charlie the shuttle driver to M I was so satisfied with my experience in the service department. Quick and Thorough I got to Berger for my appointment right on time and they were ready for me! Drove right in, was greeted by 2 friendly service people, and they explained what would be done: scheduled oil change and tire rotation. I also had a couple of questions because I'm still getting used to my new vehicle... They assured me they would get the info I wanted and sent me inside for coffee and a relaxed time in the lounge area. When work was completed, it was explained to me again, my questions were answered and I left a happy customer! More
