Absolutely poor experience I have come to this dealership for all my service and maintence for many years. Unfortunately, this service was less than stellar. I dropped my car of I have come to this dealership for all my service and maintence for many years. Unfortunately, this service was less than stellar. I dropped my car off one evening just before close, and my car wasn't looked at until 2 days later, in the afternoon after numerous calls to managers and the service person. One call to a provider took over 2 hours to return. It is understandable that things are busy with appointments and walk ins, but this was never communicated that they were unable to derive my vehicle in a timely manner. Instead, I was just given the run around and not communicated with. If someone is unable to look at the vehicle until later, this should be honestly told to the customer so other arrangements can be made (especially for someone who drives for work). A call to one manager was not helpful, with no solutions offered and a poor apology. An eventual second call to a different manager and things were completed. However I will not be returning at all to this dealership under no circumstances. For premium pay done at the dealership- premium service should be required. More

Excellent Service Joe Chistopher addressed my concerns about the bluetooth functionality. Specifically, when a call was initiated using the button on the steering whee Joe Chistopher addressed my concerns about the bluetooth functionality. Specifically, when a call was initiated using the button on the steering wheel, seldom did they complete. Joe scheduled me an appointment, and informed me that Scott Bever would be the assigned mechanic. Due to my wife having surgery on the date Joe scheduled my appointment, I brought my vehicle to the dealership the day before. I was content with Scott working on my vehicle on the scheduled date but to my surprise, Joe called me shortly after I dropped off my vehicle and informed me that the work had been completed. Joe and Scott always take care of me, but this particular time even amazed me. The service was outstanding, and most importantly, my problem had been resolved. I can now make a call every time using voice recognition. More

Disaster My vehicle was not given back to me the way i turned it in to them. The right side of my car got hit and conveniently nothing on the right side of my car works such as my Windows,locks and my neither of my sunroofs work. All of which were working perfectly fine before they did body work on it. Will be calling the better business bureau More
service for oil consumption. I would like to recognize Adam Havens outstanding attention to detail while I had my car in for service. I had the car in for an oil change and he I would like to recognize Adam Havens outstanding attention to detail while I had my car in for service. I had the car in for an oil change and he noticed that the car was using an excessive amount of oil . He had me bring in the car every 500 miles to check the oil level.
